All levels of management have to make financial decisions. Some decisions are straightforward and simple, Others are quite difficult. Simple decisions usually need a simple decision-making process. But difficult decisions typically involve issues like these: Uncertainty, Difficulty, High-risk results, Alternatives and Interpersonal issues. In addition, this module explores a budget which is an important document for planning and uses line items to show the trade-offs between expenses. In other terms, a budget is an organizational plan stated in monetary terms.
